At Knope, your safety and peace of mind are our highest priorities. Due to the nature of our products and the importance of test accuracy, we are unable to accept returns on any drink spiking test kits or protective covers once they have been shipped.

All of our test kits and accessories are single-use, tamper-sensitive items. To ensure the highest standards of hygiene, product integrity, and user safety, we do not resell any returned products, opened or unopened. This policy is in place to:

• Maintain sanitary standards and prevent contamination

• Ensure test result accuracy and reliable protection

• Uphold the trust and confidence of our customers in the safety of every item they purchase

For this reason, all sales are final. If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
